Rob Denness
Director • Associate Assistant Principal
Rob is a qualified PE teacher with a degree in Sports Science and over 13 years of experience in professional coaching and teaching. Until 2024, he worked within education as an Associate Assistant Principal at Brompton Academy and Director of Sport at both Chatham Grammar School for Girls and Brompton Academy.
During his teaching career, Rob was consistently assessed as an outstanding practitioner and successfully led several high-performing PE departments. Alongside his teaching, he spent 17 years playing semi-professional football and remains deeply connected to sport through his leadership and coaching work.
Rob now works full time as a Director at Strive PE and Sport, where he continues to channel his passion for youth development, physical education, and personal growth.
